Chris Santiago as our sales consultant was amazing and moved the process as quickly as possible. Extremely knowledgeable about cars in general and a pleasure to work with. Thanks also to Tracey Keith, Sales Manager, and Tom McAllister, Business Manager. This is now the second Subaru in the family. The 1st is 2011 Outback with 126,000 miles and still going. Appreciate honesty I just had my Subaru Impreza serviced yesterday. I asked Tom to let me know if tires needed rotating becaus I had a flat in January and wasn't sure i I just had my Subaru Impreza serviced yesterday. I asked Tom to let me know if tires needed rotating becaus I had a flat in January and wasn't sure if they were the rotated when flat was replaced. He could have rotated them, I would not have known the difference, but he checked and said that they are fine. Thanks Tom. More

My company is a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the largest WW marketing communications company. As such, we have all these compliance issues to deal with regarding the approval process, paperwork, etc. Jason didn't blink an eye, just got me whatever I needed to close the sale and got me the absolute best price. I actually never went to the showroom or met Jason; I sat at my desk in NY and we took care of every think by phone and e-mail. I am definitely coming back. After all the leases will expire and I will need to replace them. More

Great service department I brought my Cross Trek in for oil change and was 1,000 miles from 30M service. Rich suggested I do it and avoided another trip. Always going the ex I brought my Cross Trek in for oil change and was 1,000 miles from 30M service. Rich suggested I do it and avoided another trip. Always going the extra mile for customers and gave me a loaner to get to work and back to pick it up by lunchtime. Westchester Subaru is my first choice for service in the county and I come from Yorktown to Elmsford with many options in between. More
