Simply the best! I have been taking my car here for service for 4 years, and the attention to detail and customer service is excellent! The check in and out is quick a I have been taking my car here for service for 4 years, and the attention to detail and customer service is excellent! The check in and out is quick and easy, and they always have a loaner available. We have had very few issues with our car, however, whenever there was an issue they always found a warranty to put the repair under at no cost to us. We just traded in our Volvo with a newer model, and off course we stayed with Volvo cars of White Plains! More

check engine light I had just purchased a 2013 xjl from a third party dealer. My engine light came on after just driving for 50 miles. I called jaguar of white plains an I had just purchased a 2013 xjl from a third party dealer. My engine light came on after just driving for 50 miles. I called jaguar of white plains and was fortunate to speak with Edgar. He mentioned that my car had a recall on the O2 sensors and to bring it in. Edgar made me feel comfortable from the initial conversation. Edgar provided me with top notch costumer service. I was even provided with a loaner car while i waited for the car to be serviced. No more check engine light. Edgar treated me like family! I will definitely continued to service my car here as long as Edgar is still employed here. Thanks Edgar. (That guy needs a raise!)👍👍 More
