Since I don't live very close to service center,it was very helpful that I could get a loaner car. The service people are really attentive ,noting that our second car's inspection was expired and performing it-- saving us a potential 75 ticket! I had to spend more money than I would have liked but Tom made it as painless as possible. He gave me every discount and break he could and made sure every issue was addressed before returning the vehicle. Tom is always courteous and takes the time to break everything down so you know exactly what's happening. Actually the entire staff is pretty nice. I would recommend bringing your Subaru to Westchester Subaru Service in a heartbeat. More
