My family lost their cars during hurricane Ian and I was searching for a rep buying experience going over and above to provide the car if my dreams! My family lost their cars during hurricane Ian and I was searching for a replacement too. While searching Auto-trader.com I saw my dream car at McGrath Volvo of Ft. Myers. If no stars was available that’s what I would pick. They lie about what’s available. We drove out to see a car that was listed, called 2 times to make sure it was there and they said yes. Showed up and They lie about what’s available. We drove out to see a car that was listed, called 2 times to make sure it was there and they said yes. Showed up and they said it sold the other day and forgot to update their website. Sounds like a ploy to just get people in so they can push you to put money down on a more expensive car. I know car salesmen are shady but these people take the cake. Would not recommend at all. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. More
