Alex emphasized several times that Volvo is very devoted to customer satisfaction, which he and other staff members demonstrated. He was a calm presence during an otherwise stressful process as were other staff members that assisted us along the way. An atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation was exhibited between people with whom we interacted: Alex, Randy, Jorge and other staff members throughout the whole process. Alex is a valuable asset to the company!! I would wholeheartedly recommend McGrath Volvo, they care about your needs and satisfaction!! Unlike other area dealers, McGrath gave my wife and I a fair uninflated price on the purchase of our new XC 90. We had a great experience at this dealership. We were greeted right away and never felt pressured in to our purchase. I drove 2 hours and 30 minutes to purchase a car for my wife. I was unfortunately coerced to purchase the Gap insurance. Now that I paid off my car in less than a year, and I can't seem to locate the paper wife. I was unfortunately coerced to purchase the Gap insurance. Now that I paid off my car in less than a year, and I can't seem to locate the paper related to the Gap insurance coverage, I have been calling every day for the last two weeks only to be transferred to the finance department without having someone picking the phone with a voicemail telling you they will call you back, which of course they never do. After two weeks I stood my ground with the nice lady that always answer the phone, she managed to have someone whom I have decided not to say his name to call me from the finance department only to ask me for my email with the promised of emailing me a cancellation form which I have not yet received. I called back and make sure that I gave the lady my email again in order to get the cancellation form , and I have not received anything yet. It seems like it might be all part of the game to let more time pass so they don't have to refund the Gap coverage that we paid for. Therefore, do not purchase their gap insurance since they are playing games for you not to get your money back. It's a shame for the dealership to be playing with their reputation just for a few thousand of dollars. More

This is just incredible, WOW, SO WRONG, i purchase a van on Sunday 1-9-22 drove home to naples, on i75 i started noticing several issues went back the next day Monday, and told Ray the sales guy and Kenny s on Sunday 1-9-22 drove home to naples, on i75 i started noticing several issues went back the next day Monday, and told Ray the sales guy and Kenny sales manager all the issues i had notice and Kenny told service guy to take care of all the issues, the van was there for 2 weeks, not all issues got fixed, service manager George ( liar) was just not answering my calls an lied to me on one of the issues, after doing some digging i found that this van was in a really bad accident and looks like it has frame damage AND of curse no one told me about it, then i wrote an email to Troy Hancock the GM, and his reply was, you purchase the van as is, you sign all paper works, there is nothing i can do, i can buy the van back at a fair prize, what a joke this people are, this is something i could expect from like a buy here pay here dealership NOT A VOLVO, most dishonest place i have dealt with total GARBAGE, incredible.
