Her smile, pleasant personality and knowledge helped a bunch. We knew exactly what we were interested in when we arrived, but that does not mean a deal will take place. Sonata did her part well in making it come off. We did not expect to drive away with the vehicle we might purchase that same day, but everyone did their part well to make that happen. Yesterday, I received a call from Raven? to go over any issues we might have with the vehicle, which was a nice touch. So far, we love ?? it, and anticipate driving it for many years. One can not predict the future, but if we are in need of another vehicle someday, we will definitely keep Volvo of Ft Myers in mind. More

I was in the business of customer service for 35 years and want to tell you this dealership definitely provides the best service to its customers and should be proud of their teamwork.
