Horrible Customer Service I hope I never have to deal with them again! Completely ignored me when I walked in for service. Stood there awkwardly for 5 mins. Finally a woman rudely addressed me and said "what are you here for" I had to laugh to keep from being pissed because I work in customer service and if I ever greeted someone like she did me, I'd be out of a job. The whole thing was a nasty disaster, I came in to have my car checked out before I took a 9 hour drive to Charleston and they said everything was fine, only for me to learn my 12 volt phone charger fuse was out. I'll now go to Kenny Jones Automotive down the street from there because they we're AWESOME! super nice, super friendly, and quick efficient service. I told them what I wanted and they provided with excellent customer service. More

I was in the market for a 2018 Volva and contacted Anthony George because he had been mentioned positively by a customer on their web site reviews. I explained what I wanted to do, including trades, and Anthony met my request via an email exchange. Anthony then connected me with Paul Teets, who also had n exceptional rating on their web site. When we arrived at the dealership to complete the transaction, Paul was waiting for us, the car was in front completely detailed and ready to go. Paul completed every request we made and spent as much time as we needed to explain the technical aspects of the vehicle. The experience with these two individuals was exceptional. I plan to encourage any of my associates who are looking for a fair deal, to seek both Anthony and Paul. This is an excellent dealership. More
