I found it at Volvo of Manhattan and because of the confidence and the excellent service and attention to detail Luis discplayed with me in only phone conversations, I was comfortable purchasing the car sight unseen. I requested additional service to be coordinated to have the car customized (wheels powdercoated, painted grill and wrapped trim) and Luis was able to accommodate that for me as well. the car was delivered as expected and Luis is an expert in his field. Very pleased with the entire experience. More
