My new Volvo I just purchased my car in Volvo cars of Manhattan and I could not be more satisfied. Story is that I was going to buy Honda, I had chosen a car and to say in short it seemed the car was already mine. But then I visited Volvo cars of Manhattan dealership and met this broker Natalia, who is hands down the best broker I have ever known. She looked up for many options and there was one car I liked so much but because of my budget I thought I could not adored it. But there is nothing impossible for Natalia I guess. To say in short she made it happen, and now I am driving a very nice Volvo instead of Honda, that’s crazy but that’s real. Thank you Natalia again, I appreciate your professionalism and willing make all you customer’s wishes happen. I am lucky I know you. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Swapped a Cayenne for an XC90, No Regrets I was looking to get out early from my Porsche lease and found that Volvo of Manhattan had a Porsche dealership within their corporate ownership. Look I was looking to get out early from my Porsche lease and found that Volvo of Manhattan had a Porsche dealership within their corporate ownership. Looking on Dealer Rater I found Luis Garcia to have the best reviews so I called him up. Luis was super attentive and got back to me immediately. Within 24 hours we made a deal and Luis personally drove up to Greenwich, CT to swap out my Cayenne for the 2018 XC90 T8. The service has not stopped there. Luis took care of all of the registration, plates, payoff with Porsche and he texts me right back every time I have any questions with the car. I love my new Volvo and I'm so happy to be done with that headache which was the Cayenne. There is a reason that Luis has such good reviews on here, its because hes the man. I spoke over the phone 3 or 4 times during the work week with both Luis Garcia and th We live about 1 hour North from Manhattan Volvo in Poughquag NY. I spoke over the phone 3 or 4 times during the work week with both Luis Garcia and the Michael Dillon about the 2015 XC60 with 14,000 miles that we were interested in purchasing. Luis made sure we were pre-approved for financing before we drove down to see the car on a Saturday afternoon , as we wanted to be able to do the deal the same day, and just switch the plates from the Saab to the Volvo. Luis and Michael even had both the front and rear bumpers and the rear trunk lid repainted so the car looked brand new. Not a scratch anywhere. They even gave us a brand New Rear Cargo Liner. Luis called our insurance company and transferred the plates and registration all with know problems he knows how to operate just like a good surgeon. All the employee's were very friendly smiling and were very nice to me and my wife. We felt very comfortable doing business at Manhattan Volvo and will be returning again for our next purchase.
