Couldn't be happier Turning in my leased XC70. Bummed that Volvo has discontinued this model. Big mistake. I actually looked at other cars. But Scott and Volvo Cars o Turning in my leased XC70. Great price and Luis is not only a terrific guy to deal with personally, but he made it so easy for us to see the car, on our schedule . On one of the rainiest nights this fall, he drove uptown at 8pm to meet us with the vehicle, let us take it for a drive with him, took us to our garage to look at a possible trade in we were thinking of doing and drove us home to our front door. He had so much accurate info on the car and was caring and genuine from start to finish. He really knows his business and is an honest salesman. I think he was genuinely excited about how much we liked the car- and the deal. I can't recommend him highly enough and would work with him again on any future purchase. The vehicle was presented in pristine condition and we really appreciate the team at Volvo for the care they gave to the car before it was handed over to us. Had a great test drive with Luis, he explained everything to me but ultimately I wanted to sleep on it. Luis did not put any pressure on me to buy the car, but assured me it was a great deal. Which it was, I exhausted the market and it was the best priced/valued boxster for sale. Luis is a real personable guy and made the process of purchasing a car pain-free. I did all negotiation over the phone or email and we quickly arrived at a great lease deal. Eduardo did not waste my time or insult my intelligence as many other dealers have. Additionally, he helped get us out of our previous lease early without any penalty and was well educated on the process of doing so. Delivery was a quick and easy process. Akua assisted with the delivery and made sure our car was in beautiful condition before we took delivery. Amir (finance department) was awesome, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, knew I was a low-mileage/low-maintenance kinda guy and didn't try to push any unnecessary extras on me. After signing, Luis walked me through the car's features, showed me the important stuff and let me on my way as soon as the main points were covered. The dealership manager came by to ask me how everything went, which was also added to the positive experience. It's rare that you walk out of a car dealership feeling good, but I did on that day.
