If I could give negative stars I would. Brought my car in on Wednesday for 20k mile service, the service desk tells me my car won’t be ready for 48 to 72 hours, possibly Monday. My car doesn’t get looked at until that Friday, is worked on and finished that day. Don’t understand why I need to be without a vehicle for the 2 days prior. Pick my car up on Saturday and they asked if I wanted to wait to have it washed. This is something that should have been done before I pick my car up! Not happy with the service here. More

I was not satisfied with the service. This is the 2nd time. I paid for service to have wind shield and USB for my phone charger. They released my car and I still had the same problem. This time I used my car warranty insurance PMC, which paid for my AC and other parts. They released my car and said all was ok. But the AC still blew hot air (after I was told tht cold air was coming in). I was totally misinformed, and I've been almost a month with no car. I want to take a moment to compliment the service department and in particular Genevieve. Very early yesterday I hit a pothole and took out both tires. It was early in the morning and as I am a new V department and in particular Genevieve. Very early yesterday I hit a pothole and took out both tires. It was early in the morning and as I am a new VOLVO customer I had no direct experience of the service department. My car was barely drivable. I made it over to the service center and met Genevieve as she was on her way in for the start of the day. She was friendly, empathetic and could not have been more direct in promising me that the service department would take my car as soon as the center opened. That was just the beginning. Genevieve was in touch with me throughout the day, the service rep provided video and analysis of my problem and by 1 PM my car was up and running with two new tires. I came in for the “Tire Pressure” light on the dashboard. . Upon review of the car, the repair guy sent me a video showing the tire was mounted incorrectly and it would cost $240 to fix. I agreed to pay for it to be adjusted correctly BUT when I picked the car up the “tire pressure” light was still on. When asked why, they said “Oh, you don’t have tire sensors installed.” “That’ll be $420 to install then 1/2 hour labor charge for each tire”.. I was completely blind sided.. I said, so I basically paid $240 for you to take my tire off and put it back on then add air to my tire.. WOW!!.. in short.. I felt very taken advantage of, which enraged me. Had I been a male, I doubt that would’ve happened. I could’ve went to tire store and paid $20 or worst $40 to do the same work the dealer charged for $240.. NEVER AGIAN!! More
