Just got the 50k service done on our Volvo XC90 and even though I had to book about 6 weeks ahead, they did a great job with super fast turnaround. The day before I took it in, I was told it might take 48 h though I had to book about 6 weeks ahead, they did a great job with super fast turnaround. The day before I took it in, I was told it might take 48 hrs... well, that's the pandemic reality. Despite this, when I dropped it off, my rep, Genovie Tirado was able to expedite things and I got the car back the same day - in time to pick my kids up from school, which I really appreciated as it was cold and my kids would not have enjoyed waiting around for a cab. Had my XC90 brought in for regular maintenance and a few minor adjustments and it took just under 24 hours turn around to retrieve me car. I was intending to buy a car from Volvo Manhattan but eventually gave up because i was treated so negligently and casually by two different salespeople. I could not get them on the phone, they didn't return phone calls i left on voicemail, they didn't return emails, they said they'd call at a certain time and then didn't...and so on. Eventually I just said forget it. A strange way to treat someone trying to buy a $60,000 car. More
