Great service After purchasing a loaner XC60 from this dealership, I was having a couple of issues with brakes and tires. I talked the issues over with the service manager, Nick, and he was very helpful and attentive. He asked me to bring the car in and would provide me with a loaner. When I arrived at the dealership I met with Grant. He listened attentively to my concerns and reviewed the vehicle with me. He put me in a loaner and re assured me he would call as soon as he had answers. A few hours later, he called and explained they had made the necessary repairs to my car at no charge, washed it and it was ready to pick up. Overall a great experience ! More
