The first car was simply an excellent Volvo buying and sales experience. It was a trade-in and cash sale in which Tony left no details out and all the transactions were very smooth. Three months later, another driver hydroplaned on the wet highway, hit my car, and totaled it. Because I was in a Volvo, I was unhurt and wanted to replace the car with the same model. Tony quickly found the same model for me. He worked through the State bureaucracy to expedite the title to the first car so that my insurance would fully cover the cost of the new car. Tony counseled me and walked me through every step of this process. Because of his dedication to his customers, I feel like I have a friend at Volvo. More
