Great service, shop at this dealership first. We bought a used Volvo, but there was a problem. The salesman (Kyle Benz) and the management (Joe Pitingolo) dealt with this problem straightforward, We bought a used Volvo, but there was a problem. Excellent Customer Service I have been in SW FL for 26 years. Owned BMW, MB, Lexus and Rovers but none of these dealerships came even close to the level of customer service Chri I have been in SW FL for 26 years. I have enjoyed my first Volvo ownership and most certainly would consider more Volvos from Naples Volvo in the future and only because of the great service Chris provides. Poor Service I had a key stolen and needed it rekeyed. I called in advance and they told me just to come in before 2:00 and quoted me $298 for the new key. I drov I had a key stolen and needed it rekeyed. I called in advance and they told me just to come in before 2:00 and quoted me $298 for the new key. I drove down with 3 children under 5. I get here and they don’t have the key AND they will charge me $89 to rekey it today and an additional $89 when the new key comes in to redo that today and they can’t get to it for an hour. When I explained that’s not what information was shared with me he said well that’s going to be what it costs. Shady business! More
