Ran out of gas at delivery and to this day left us EMPTY Absolutely horrible, we bought a C70 convertible and the day it was delivered we ran out of fuel not 1/4 mile from the dealership. The car was filthy and was delivered with another dealerships name on it. We returned it twice to have it cleaned and both times we waited several hours after the promised time only to receive it filthy again. Later. We called to have it serviced when the check engine light came on and lefty numerous voice mails for the service dept only to have them ignored. Terrible dealership!!!! Volvo needs to hear this loud and clear.} More
Terrible customer service I purchased a Volvo from this dealership 21 days ago and still do not have my registration. At time of purchase I was told a few days. I have called several times and asked for my salesperson, finance manager, sales manager and general manager. To date not one of them has returned my call. They were paid the sales tax,title fee and registration fee and have yet to provide proof of registration. . They say they pride themself on customer service, I think they have to learn what customer service is before they publish such comments. When the salesperson handed over all my paper work one handout stating that I would receive 6 months of free satellite radio. When I called to activate the service I was told I only receive 3 months, another call to the dealership. Again no return phone call. Based on the way this dealership treats it's customers I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I don't know if I'll ever get my registration or that return phone call maybe my attorney can. More

Jacquie Pfeiffer is the jewel in the crown at this dealership. She is the reason everything is done perfectly in service, every time. I have worked with her for thirteen years now, and she is the rea dealership. She is the reason everything is done perfectly in service, every time. I have worked with her for thirteen years now, and she is the reason I remain with this dealership, given that the labor costs are, in my view, way out of reasonable range for replacement of simple and inexpensive parts. I was very disappointed that Jacquie was not named service manager or, at least, top service representative when ownership changed. She keeps my 15-year-old V70 running perfectly. More

One thing the technician could have done was to reset the time on the clock after the battery was replaced. Jacquie did an outstanding jog of explaining the service performed, charges for that service and th time on the clock after the battery was replaced. Have been a Volvo owner for around 15 years (4 Volvos) and Jackie has been my service rep most of that time. She's responsive, well informed and a delight to work with. In my opinion the Germain family and Jackie has been my service rep most of that time. She's responsive, well informed and a delight to work with.
