This is what buying a car SHOULD be. Getting right to the point, I travelled over 90 miles to see David & get this car. Why? It wasn't the car. As a previous technician, forman, salesman, and internet sales manager for another luxury brand, I can vouch for their entire process. From texts, pix, videos, documentation, accommodation, finance, & delivery - the entire team was world-class. Nothing was too difficult for David to do. The reality is, buying a car today can be aweful. But it doesn't have to be. Volvo Cars Naples is where you should go if you want to be respected, valued, and taken care of. I will send everyone I know to David and Volvo Cars Naples because they CLEARLY understand what a sale should be. Awful experience. Took my car there for an airbag recall. They did an inspection upon my approval. That was fine, however when I went to leave my brake pedal hit the floor. This is the worse Dealership in Florida,I bought a 2019 Lexus UX200 on thursday ,Sept 9,2021 the salesman told me that the car got Dealership warrant on top of the car warranty came with which is not true, Lexus UX200 on thursday ,Sept 9,2021 the salesman told me that the car got Dealership warrant on top of the car warranty came with which is not true,I got the left front wheel that is malfunctioning,Same salesman told me they fixed it which was a lie.Saturday (Sept 11th 2021 )I called to handle these issues with them ,the General Manger (Joe) told me me "Negative" that I bought my car it's mine nothing could be done for me.They never want tp pick up my call or respond to my email& texts,I still don't have copy of the contract which I signed, salesman told me my bank will send them to me ,it been 8 days my bank still haven't received them yet.On top of it I trade-in a 2021 Dodge Challenger with 6,000 miles.I told them I will pay them the fee to break the deal they still don't give a xxxx.
