Extremely Long Hours Waiting I had an appointment for Annual State Inspection. I check in on time which is 11:24am and when I leave the place, it was 3:24pm on 8/28/2019. I spe I had an appointment for Annual State Inspection. I check in on time which is 11:24am and when I leave the place, it was 3:24pm on 8/28/2019. I spend 4 hours for a little sticker!!! I just don't understand why? No one explain to me the reason! Is it because of no worker, or people go to lunch, or machine out of service, or too busy(it doesn't look like)......just no clue! More

Great experience but??? I recently bought a certified 2018 s90 t5 momentum from Wei. He was knowledgeable and very attentive to my wants and expectations. Transaction went fl I recently bought a certified 2018 s90 t5 momentum from Wei. He was knowledgeable and very attentive to my wants and expectations. Transaction went flawlessly with Dan the manager and Mathew who was the finance manager. I picked up the car Monday afternoon and Mathew the finance manager noticed the car wasn’t spotless came out and helped detai the car. I was shocked. Then on the same week on a Thursday my check engine light came on. I called the service department and the woman that answered told me that no availability for service till 8/31 which was 2 weeks. I then called Wei out of desperation. I’m so glad I did because him and Danny called the service and got Zachary at their service department to get me in. Once in Zachary went above and beyond to keep me updated of the progress. I never even went to him to ask and he was busy. I want to end this by thanking Wei, Danny, Mathew and Zachary. Volvo of Queens you guys have earned a lifelong customer. More

service was good, but new policy wasn’t! I made an appointment for regular scheduled maintenance 3 weeks prior, but had to wait 30 minutes to be seen, which is fine. The new policy for pick up and drop off service to and from service center has changed from 10 mile radius to 5 miles. I live 7 miles away! They did drive me home, but I had to find a way to pick up the car afterwards . I would have waited, but it’s difficult when I just worked 12 hours and need to work 12 hours later that night. They do not provide loaners or rentals for maintenance service. I will be returning my lease in a year, and most probably not leasing with the same dealership because of the change. More
