While my vehicle was in their care, the frame under my door was bent—damage that was never repaired, acknowledged properly, or compensated. I provided three professional estimates ranging from $1,700 to $3,400 to restore the vehicle to its original condition, and nothing was done. On top of that, the bolts securing my front struts were cross-threaded, which caused noticeable popping noises and left the connection loose. A local mechanic confirmed this likely contributed to me having to replace my right front CV axle at a cost of $578. What makes this even more troubling is that, as an employee, I was expected to confidently stand behind and promote both the vehicles and the service. It’s widely known internally that I wasn’t the only one this has happened to. If this is how employees’ vehicles are treated, it raises serious concerns about how customer vehicles are handled. I would strongly recommend exercising caution and getting a second opinion if you’re considering service here. More

I scheduled my 90,000 service online and was quoted $345. When I got to the dealership I was told the cost was $1100. After my service was done, the tech told me he didn't have them do the check engine light because I said it came on when I got gas (I'm no mechanic, It could've been something else). When I insisted they do it, all he had them do was reset the light, no diagnostic. Of course the check engine light came back on the next day. The tech also didn't give me any feedback on if other things need attention (as per the 90,000 mile service). Again when I pushed to get answers, he was rude and said he had other customers to attend to. I asked for the service manager (Frank) and was told he was on vacation and they would have him call me on Monday. Of course, I got no call, so I called him. I was told he would look into it and call me back. After speaking with Frank and explaining my treatment, he said he would speak with tech and call me back. # days later, no call, so I called back. Franks solution was to offer me a credit to bring the truck back in to have the diagnostic done (that I already paid for). His solution for the rude tech was that I will see someone else when I come in (no apology from him for his rude behavior). Of course when the truck was taken back in for the check engine diagnostic, there was an issue other than the fuel cap. So now there is another charge for $1000 and 3 more hours of time. This isn't the typical service I get from them, this is why we always take our vehicles there. 98% of the time my husband takes the vehicles in. I just feel like I was treated this way because I am a woman. You can typically tell when this happens and I try to handle the situation myself. As women we shouldn't have to have men do things for us to receive decent treatment. More
