Overall a solid dealership Bought a Volvo S60 Type R in Dec 2013 and it went well - fast, efficient, knowledgeable. Test drove a couple of cars and the salesman easily highlighted all of the features in a quick, easy to understand manner. We took a night to decide and the next morning we were still excited about it, so went in and we were able to take care of the entire purchase process in under an hour. It was easy. We didn't have a trade-in, so that may have helped. We had shopped around at close to a dozen other dealerships - Lexus, Infinity, Volvo and so many of the other salesman demonstrated a huge gap of knowledge and just poor people skills. We did not encounter that here. The entire sales team is very good at their jobs and make it a quick, easy process. More

We called about the car the next day and set up an appointment for Wednesday late afternoon - we live 60 miles north and had to come after work on a day my parents could watch our children. The man we dealt with was very personable and our sales transaction was smooth and easy. We have had the car six months now and couldn't be happier. More
