On Tuesday, June 22, I contacted my service advisor, Juan Aranda, about a recall on my V70 XC wagon and to have a problem with acceleration diagnosed. I brought my bicycle with me as I'll take any excuse to get in a ride. Apparently I dropped my house keys in the service drive as I was assembling myself to hit the road. I'm not sure of exactly who found them, but Juan realized they were mine. He used MapQuest or Google to figure out how I would most likely ride home and sent a valet to try and track me down. I was pretty surprised to see one of your courtesy vans pass me, and then pull over. I was even more surprised to be handed my keys. Juan sure stretched the definition of good service in a very exemplary way, and it's worth a note of appreciation. I hope you'll pass this along and thank him for me. More
