While I tried everything I could to avoid this, I was no successful when talking with the sales rep who sold me the vehicle, or members of management who refused to hear what’s going on. Bottom line is I was lied to from the start when purchasing this Jeep out of state. I was told the tires weren’t the originals from 2021, that was a lie. They were the originals and they were all unevenly worn and never rotated. I found this out when I drove the vehicle for the first time after it was delivered to me and xxxx near crashed due to insane death wobble. I immediately brought it in to a tire shop for balancing and they were all way off on weights. Once that was complete I drove it again only to find out it didn’t solve the issue. The issue is this suspension parts are worn out on this Jeep. If it were “thoroughly checked out” by their award winning service department…they would see right away that it is need of many parts replaced. The bottom line is it was not properly checked out, they didn’t do what they said they would do, they lied about the condition it was in and they gave me an unsafe vehicle to drive. I have plenty of videos and evidence to share and plan to do so. This dealership should be ashamed of their deceptive practices. They had many opportunities to make it right. I text the sales person and when he made excuses and did nothing, I called and left a message for the owner. 3 months later, still nothing. Awful business. More

Went to see a pre-owned Lexus. The dealership was outstanding. My salesperson, Mustafa quickly understood my requirements and provided everything I needed. Horrible customer service and availability of appointments. Would not honor the 50,000 mile warranty because it was days past 5 years. The car has been in their shop at least a dozen times for the same thing but they fudge the paperwork to make it seem like different issues to cover their tracks. The slim ball Service Manager Paul Miner who has since left should have been fired years ago. He lied through his teeth to the GM Rick Saul right in front of me and I nearly went over the counter at him. We put in a Volvo Corporate complaint and the car still wasn't fixed. Thank God for Chad at Autohaus Revolve store on E. Glenn Street. More
Had standard 40K mile service completed (Oil/filter Change, Air Filter, Cabin Filter, tire rotate, brake fluid and top remainder of fluids) for a sum of $540. Got the car home and Check Engine Light ca Change, Air Filter, Cabin Filter, tire rotate, brake fluid and top remainder of fluids) for a sum of $540. Got the car home and Check Engine Light came on as well at Tire deflation warning. Had to take the car back to correct the Check Engine light which was caused by the Dip Stick not being seated correctly. The Tire defalation light occurred as the tires were NOT recalibrated with the vehicle. It would have been fine and good if the Volvo dealership was not 80 mile round trip away. Called the service manager 3 times and NEWVER received a call back. I did get a call back from Service Assistant (Alexis) who noted my concern and said it would be resolved to my satifaction. No call, note or email as of yet. This level of service is NOT acceptable to me nor should it be for anyone else. VOLVO needs to train their servicce staff as they have no clue what they are doing. Furthermore the service manager does not seem to call back people who had issues or cocerns. For future customers needing Service. STAY AWAY----FAR FAR AWAY!!!! I will Never go back . (Period) More
Being out of state, we had agreed upon a price for a vehicle. I went to the dealership, purchased the vehicle at the agreed upon price, only to realize at my trip to the DMV weeks later that they adjust vehicle. I went to the dealership, purchased the vehicle at the agreed upon price, only to realize at my trip to the DMV weeks later that they adjusted the sales tax but kept the out the door price the same. So I had to fork out an additional $1000 at the DMV. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere or be prepared to read every single line of fine print on their contracts. More
