Professional and honest people I was just browsing for an SUV, I found one at Volvo of Tucson, being from out of town this was not a place I would think could help me, after contact I was just browsing for an SUV, I found one at Volvo of Tucson, being from out of town this was not a place I would think could help me, after contacting them I was offered a deal that made me drive to the dealership, once I got there Manny Tellez was waiting for me, not only did he keep his word, they found a better deal for me on a better car that my wife liked. Their professionalism and honesty showed me they do work for the customer. I strongly suggest anyone who is looking into a car purchase to visit Volvo of Tucson, you will be surprised the way you are treated. Manny Tellez was great and he has great support, Scott Pottier was also great with detail and made a great adjustment that made me feel I did the right decision. They just work great together for the customer. More

Salesman was not pushy but very respectful. I searched for a Honda Civic on line and found one at the Volvo dealership. Manny answered my email inquiry very quickly. Since the car was not ready I searched for a Honda Civic on line and found one at the Volvo dealership. Manny answered my email inquiry very quickly. Since the car was not ready for a test drive, I looked into other options. I told Manny I was searching elsewhere and was interested in another Civic, at another dealer. He was very respectful and did not pressure me with e-mails or calls to see what I had decided. After a week, I came back and bought the Civic at Volvo of Tucson with no hassles.
