Jason Mirabito, the internet sales manager, was extremely helpful, cooperative, and fully understood how much my family had to spend on a vehicle with the trade-in. Given that we lived two states away, I was concerned about how a trade-in would work, but Jason made the whole experience easy by accepting pictures of the trade-in via text. Within hours, Jason called back to explain step by step the cost of the vehicle we were purchasing, the trade-in value, and the sales tax. On my drive up to Birmingham, Jason was in regular contact so that the dealership would be ready with all of the paperwork when I arrived to get me back on the road as quickly as possible for my five hour drive home. All in all, the buying experience with Jason and Benchmark from start to finish could not have gone better.
