We purchased a used, 2007 Kia Sedona EX minivan from John Compston of Benchmark's internet sales division and couldn't have been more pleased. John was prompt and responsive to our questions, worked with us and our trade-in to minimize our out-the-door price with a minimum of back and forth negotiation (no repetitive "let me see my manager" or high pressure "what's it going to take to get you in this car RIGHT NOW!?!?!?" tactics at all), and above all, was honest and upfront during the entire process. The dealership finance department arranged better financing from US Bank than we had been pre-approved for through our credit union. I have nothing but positive things to say about the vehicle, John Compston, or the folks at Benchmark and will certainly visit them again when it is time to purchase our next vehicle. More

I can only reiterate what many others have said — your dealership is amazing! I went to the Consumer Reports website to download prices for a 2011 Dodge Nitro, only to find that website had no listings for the package I was looking for. Frustrated, I began a general Internet search for any information I could find and fortuitously stumbled onto your site. Reading virtually everything you wrote, I found your presentation refreshing as well as informative. I made a phone call and talked with John Compston who answered all my questions and was very helpful in explaining and assisting me with a all questions and concerns about the 2011 Dodge Nitro. I asked about the servicing and maintenance for the Dodge and he then directed me to Tom Williams in the service Deptatment that further explained the simplicity of servicing.
