Service Center I would like to thank the service center at Benchmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and their SUPER service center manger CLIFF SMITH. I took my Jeep Liber I would like to thank the service center at Benchmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and their SUPER service center manger CLIFF SMITH. I took my Jeep Liberty to them for a heater core problem to be fixed. There were a few problems along the way, but CLIFF SMITH stepped in and made sure that I had the best customer service that Benchmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram had to offer. I waited a couple of weeks to make this review to make sure all is well and it is. My Jeep is all fixed and cleaned (they detailed it). Once again thanks to Benchmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Cliff Smith and the entire service center staff. If I had only talked with Cliff Smith, I would have given all 5 stars for everything. Cliff Smith Very Rude Service manger are wanna be service manger very rude. Got my oil changed and got 10 miles down the road and the car started smoking and pulled over an Service manger are wanna be service manger very rude. Got my oil changed and got 10 miles down the road and the car started smoking and pulled over and called the dealership and they put haley feltmen on the phone and she sat there and argued with me for a few minutes and finally she put cliff smith on the phone and he started cussing at me. Will never use that dealership again. I've had nothing but trouble out of cliff smith. Benchmark cjd More
Had warranty work being performed on April 26th. In addition, asked them to look at the brakes. Dropped our 2007 jeep wrangler sahara on Monday and told them we would pick up on Wednesday. Tuesday mo addition, asked them to look at the brakes. Dropped our 2007 jeep wrangler sahara on Monday and told them we would pick up on Wednesday. Tuesday morning, Jonathan called and confirmed that the warranty work was completed and that the brake issues were due to the type of pads another shop had installed. I authorized them to replace the pads and turn the rotors. He called again in the afternoon and informed me that the work was complete. I reminded him that we would be picking up on Wednesday morning and asked him to ensure that the jeep was locked since my college age daughter had quite a bit of stuff in the car. He promised that it would be taken care of. Arrived Wednesday and discovered that they did not have power due to the heavy storms that rolled across Birmingham early that morning. I also discovered that while they did lock the vehicle Tuesday afternoon, they did not roll up the rear window. (All windows were closed when we dropped off the vehicle). Consequently everything on the passenger side of the back seat was soaked. This included a dry clean only coat, her nursing kit and other items. When we arrived, there were only a couple of staff members, including a manager. He apologized, had no idea why it had happened and said that we could deal with the bill when things got back to normal. Apparently that occurred Friday when Jonathan called and wanted my credit card information to close out the bill. When I asked if he was aware of the problem we had, his response was "Oh yeah, Heard about that. So what credit card do you want to use?" No offer to take care of the dry cleaning, clean the seats or adjust the bill. He transferred me to the service manager, Cliff. Cliff said he was aware of what happened but would have to get with the tech that worked on the jeep. Its Tuesday night and no feedback. I've no doubt the repair was performed correctly but I would suggest they also work on developing a similar skillset when working with customers. I own a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara and a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I'll give the dealership in Anniston a try and see how they perform More
