I rescind my earlier less complimentary review after being contacted by W. I. Simonson, in the person of David Vakalis, who assured me that my complaints would be addressed to my satisfaction. David f being contacted by W. I. Simonson, in the person of David Vakalis, who assured me that my complaints would be addressed to my satisfaction. David further told me that in addition to the issues I listed in the previous rating, that they were including a second key, an issues I did not list. So this is a bit above my expectations for a positive resolution.. So all will be happiness in the near future. I thank David for the call and the positive feedback. Thanks, R. Norris More
