Generally good service for my Altima so starting bringing my Ford Escape as well and they do not prioritize it. Once I paid for detailing and they only gave car wash and left inside untouched so wife caught my Ford Escape as well and they do not prioritize it. This time they suggested extensive repairs and told me the parts would be in early the following week then promised to call. I didn’t receive a call, called once and left VM at service, called again and the employee left a note, then finally showed up and parts had been in-house for over a week by then. After leaving car on a Thursday, was told I’d get a call on status on Friday afternoon but did not receive call until Tuesday (Monday was Memorial Day). Very disappointing More
