I used to receive a video of my inspection, I did not this time, did this stop? We waited over an hour and then my husband went to inquire on the status and he saw it sitting second in line at the exit this time, did this stop? We waited over an hour and then my husband went to inquire on the status and he saw it sitting second in line at the exit door and no one came and left us know it was finished, who knows how long it was sitting there. I used to also receive a courtesy call the day after service was completed and I haven't received that either. This dealership used to be very good but not this day. More
