Rear brake rotors replaced. Found calipers stuck. I requested replacement. First quote was if replacing from scratch, since they were already off with exception of hose, I point Found calipers stuck. I requested replacement. First quote was if replacing from scratch, since they were already off with exception of hose, I pointed out cost of labor at that point. Next quote removed some labor. Almost done, I'm notified I needed pads for 95 dollars. Maybe my mistake, but I was expecting new pads with the rotors replaced. Job should have been quoted as a brake job with rotor replacement from the start. Won't keep me from coming back, I'll just be sure to go over quote with service writer next time. Note! I have been having all our vehicles serviced and purchased tires at W&L since I appreciate you giving me free state Inspections. I do that even though I'm 45 minutes from your facility. I plan on continuing to fo so in the future. More
