"Jeep from Canada"

My 2014 Jeep Wrangler after only 20 thousand miles on it, gave me transmission problems. When I called the Jeep dealership to see if I was still covered under the factory warranty, they stated that I was; but also said that My JEEP was FROM CANADA, therefore my Warranty didn't apply. These guys sold me a LEMON and a JEEP from another country and never told me so and got away with it. There's no law that protects us hard working citizens. Just be careful if you decide to purchase a car from these bad people. Taking a hard working citizens money I'm thinking is one of their specialties.

"Sold me a death trap on wheels with underlying problems!!!"

Love my truck AFTER I was able to drive it safely. For the first week I hardly had it for 4 hours. Repair shops had it more than I did. I was lied to also. Bought a 2010 Ford F-150 and before I went I asked the salesman if there was anything wrong and he assured me twice that there was nothing wrong. Well lucky me on the way home, the control arms were broke and coils were shot. One big bump and I would of destroyed the front end. Then there was a loud rumble when it hit 45 mph but on test drive it was all below that speed so I never knew about it until I bought it and toke it home. Paid $3000 out of pocket because their warranty wouldn't kick in for 30 days and I couldn't wait around. I wouldn't recommend them either

"Stay away!!!!! Scam artist alert!!"

Unfortunately this review won't let me leave 0 stars so I had to put at least 1 star. If I could leave negative stars I would. Stay away from this place!! Sold me a $13,000 vehicle with a bad engine and refused to fix. Promised us the car was great and certified but ended up being a piece of crap. Although they have the resources and personal mechanics, they refused to help us. We had problems 8 days after the purchase and yet they refuse to fix it. Stay away from this place. They are scam artists and have no integrity. Please I urge you to seriously consider purchasing from here. I would hate for someone else to go through what I have been through with these people. No one from Fabio to RJ to the manager Mike has any bit of integrity. If u want to know more details, contact me at (856) 362-7288. Run as fast as you can from this place.

Basically stole our trade in and lied about (3) days to bring car back. Then verbally agreed with my husband to reduce to proce of the car down $1000.00 and NEVER did it. Will not deal with these people again ever!!!!!

I have no previous connection with this dealership or any of it's employees. The only reason that we contacted them, was the fact that they had the make and model of the used car that we were looking for. Eric was the salesperson that we randomly wound up dealing with. He was personable, friendly, knowledgable, and overall a pleasure to deal with. We came in late to inspect the car. He was very accomodating. My wife and I are not the easiest of customers to deal with. We are very demanding regarding our requirements. Eric worked with us to address our needs very well. Please do not misconstrue that he, or the dealership is a pushover regarding negotiation. They were simply open to logical and honest compromise where necessary. We were very pleased with the outcome of our agreement. Our car has run just fine with no problems since purchased in Dec. 2011. We take it back there for service, as we've opted for the extended warranty option. The biggest negative that I could relate is the location. Get ready for a loooong drive down Rte. 73, if you are from the Philadelphia area. GMac
