Disappointed Bought a car in January and we are still waiting on License Plates. Very poor experience with post purchase customer service. We receive no calls or communications with updates on the status of our license plates. First of all a dealership should not make a mistake on any paperwork involving a purchase of car, and certainly not the VIN number. How does that happen??? Second we should be receiving updates and a time frame. I have called twice to receive any update, but they still could not give me a definite date as to when it will be done. More
