The best part was when I signed the papers I was not pressured to get things I didn’t want, like extended warranties. The salesmen were nice and another jumped in to help when the guy I had an appt with pressured to get things I didn’t want, like extended warranties. I was not happy that I made an appt to test drive the vehicle on my lunch break and it was not up front and ready. Also, said I’d be back at 5 to sign the papers, but didn’t get to until 6. I set times because I had to get back to work and had plans that evening. Please be more aware of your customers’ time. Otherwise it was a smooth process and I love my SUV. More
