Usually my rating would be higher. I notice as soon as I left the dealership that my car was louder than normal. I went back and the guy that works there came out and drove it around the block. I insisted that I knew my car and something was wrong, just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean I don’t know how my car sounds. He popped my hood and they had forgotten to put the oil cap back on. They sort of cleaned it, I mean there was still a little oil around the cap area. I then left and went home. More
At one time I thought I would never set foot in this dealership ever again. With great surprise that changed with this last visit to get a recall fixed.
