I found a car online and when I got to the dealership they had almost $2000 wipers of add-one which were not advertised and should have been optional…we worked that out…the car I bought was advertised as they had almost $2000 wipers of add-one which were not advertised and should have been optional…we worked that out…the car I bought was advertised as one owner, local trade-in, non-smoker…after a couple of weeks I noticed a spot in the upholstery in the driver’s seat was flaking and I rubbed across it and there was, in fact, a repaired cigarette burn in the seat…I like my little car but I probably will not be choose this dealership again More

Past week called several times to make a appointment. Automated line told me the dealership wild call me back and still keep my spot in line since I had a 10 min wait. That call never came. When I called back again, some call center person answered and I was able to get a appointment for 10:00 am. After dropping off my car, I was told there is only 1 car in front of yours. I told them I already had a Mechanic look at it and said that a particular part was needed. I asked “will It be done today and he said “oh yea”. I called around 3pm that afternoon and the call center answered and said they would call me back, No call back. I then called back around 5:30 pm and went through the front desk and was able to speak to someone at the dealership. The mechanic said they haven’t been able to get to my car and if I’d leave it overnight it would be the 1st truck they touched in the morning. The next day I haven’t heard from them so I called around 1pm and was told they haven’t had a chance to touch it yet and to call back in a few hours. I called around 5 and again was told they haven’t had a chance to get to it. Around 6pm they called me and informed me they looked at it and would have to order a part, the same part I told them about from day 1. I definitely understand being short handed and busy, but honesty is key. Don’t tell me it will be done or it will be the 1st one looked at just to appease me. Be honest tell me there is a lot of cars ahead and or it don’t look like we’ll get to your today. Why make an appointment just for my truck just for it to be seen 2 days later. I’ll Never using Greg May service again. More
Service dept has yet another manager. This one "had no record" of my appointment, so I got pushed back 2 and 1/2 hours waiting for an oil change.
