I took my car in for simple service as suggested by Hyundai, oil and filter change and tire rotation. I was somewhat surprised that the price for tire rotation was listed as "to be determined". Is Hyundai, oil and filter change and tire rotation. I was somewhat surprised that the price for tire rotation was listed as "to be determined". Is this something which is not routinely done by this dealership? I had arranged for an appointment time online and was about 15 minutes early. Check in went smoothly. This service took 2 hours 5 minutes from scheduled start time until I paid my bill. Drive in oil change places post 20 minute service. Does it take the extra time for the inspection, a report of which was not provided? Does it take an extra hour to rotate tires? I am also a little put out by the $2.00 charge for document storage and storage fee. What were the shop supplies for $3.14,soap and water, air for lifts, washer fluid,.....? I had a previous dealer who I feel did a better job. More

We had an appt with Justin and when we got there he had another appt there (which was fine with us) but he made sure that we were in good hands and taken care of by Clayton. We got the vehicle we wanted an another appt there (which was fine with us) but he made sure that we were in good hands and taken care of by Clayton. We got the vehicle we wanted and Justin did make sure we were straight before we headed out. Clayton was very warm and easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted. The Finance dept and the GM were also very professional, patient and helpful. Thank you guys for such a positive experience. More

Horrible experience. The explorer needed 5k in repairs and I was flat out told 20k for two days seems okay. Scam company. Rude to say the least. Huge buyer beware! I had an appointment. Service man tried to convince me it wasn’t time for oil change and spent 30 minutes trying to look on his computer only to find it was time. I spent well over 2 hours there.
