I had an appointment. Service man tried to convince me it wasn’t time for oil change and spent 30 minutes trying to look on his computer only to find it was time. I spent well over 2 hours there. Told me they could not find my car the day after I brought it in. I told the guy on the day I brought it in my name and that the car was bought sold by Alliance Auction and bought by Uptmore Motors. H brought it in. I told the guy on the day I brought it in my name and that the car was bought sold by Alliance Auction and bought by Uptmore Motors. He did not change the information so that is why they could not find my car. My experience was terrible. I made an appointment for 1:00 on Monday and was told the could not get to it that day. Being a single person and only having one car, I was placed in a predicament with transportation. I now wish I had not done the oil change with you dealership and had done it at the place I normally use. I have some other things that need to be done. But Greg May Hyundai will not be doing this work! Loretta Volcik More
