Came in to have service completed on my Hyundai with less than 9,000 miles. I was told one price and now a week and a half later told a price that is 100% higher, no parts were ordered in error, my service t than 9,000 miles. I was told one price and now a week and a half later told a price that is 100% higher, no parts were ordered in error, my service technician appears to have left the company, the current service manager argued with me on the phone as to the issue with my car despite having never seen it and I have no resolution in place. The 1st lady I spoke with was totally inept for her job. She could not understand my name and actually laughed at me during the process. I told her I did not think she was doing her job well and she told She could not understand my name and actually laughed at me during the process. I told her I did not think she was doing her job well and she told me it would be okay with her if I hung up. When she asked my car make she had no idea what a Genesis is. She kept saying "you have to tell me it's a Honda, BMW, or something. That's when I did hang up. I called back for the service manager and he to me it was a service not located on the premises. The best auto transaction I’ve ever done but what was even better was the the individual on the other side of the desk. We went after hours thinking no one would be there.
