Spam emails, empty promises, and bad service is all I’ve ever had with them. It started the moment I bought the car . A free oil change was offered. When I went for the first oil change I gave up after ever had with them. It started the moment I bought the car . A free oil change was offered. When I went for the first oil change I gave up after waiting 2 hours and the car never even moved. I had an insurance claim repair in 2019. My insurance used them to repair/calibrate my 2017 Elantra Limited’s radar. it came back to body shop as repaired and calibrated and failed 30secs after I picked it up. So in it went again; that’s when I discovered they did not even have the tools to do the repair! They borrowed the tools from a Kia dealership. So I got out of that car in January 2020. Greg may spams emails despite numerous ‘unsubscribes’. They leave weekly voicemails with too good to be true sales claims. They flood my mailbox with service coupons that are useless. a constant barrage of garbage from them. I have nothing against Hyundai brand, in fact it was one of the best cars I had ever owned. But I bought Kia this last time; I won’t do business with Greg may again. More
