I have done this review before... I did not leave this dealership with good feelings. The sales pushed me into a car, and loan I did not want. They used a slick devious sales trick promising $2,000. The prize I received was $5., then they offered me an additional $200. Which has still not been sent to me. I also had to wait almost 4 hours to get into the loan officers office, at which time I was ready to sign anything, to further prove I was swindled they did not EVEN get me a 0.9% loan which I am certain I qualified for. The new service manager was nice and knowledgeable, I already had a recall on my 2021 Tucson that I hadn’t been notified of and they took care of it. The wait was longer than anticipated. More
