They offer a coupon online for an oil change, go to check out & they dont know why that coupon is on THEIR website & they dont do that oil & they DONT HONOR IT! I printed it out 2 days before my appointment & told them that. They pull my car around & block me in. They dont seem to go out of their way or care to make sure you have a good experience. I will only go back for a recall. I'll take my business elsewhere. More

Window switch and recalls Well I called ahead to schedule appointment to fix drivers side window button and do any recalls. Now I have to wait, bring the car back and it’s a huge inconvenience. I would have wait d until they got the parts and done it all at one time. Poor communication More
