Not a good experience I have yet to have a good experience there & have gone 3 times. They offer a coupon online for an oil change, go to check out & they dont know why that coupon is on THEIR website & they dont do that oil & they DONT HONOR IT! I printed it out 2 days before my appointment & told them that. They pull my car around & block me in. They dont seem to go out of their way or care to make sure you have a good experience. I will only go back for a recall. I'll take my business elsewhere. More

Window switch and recalls Well I called ahead to schedule appointment to fix drivers side window button and do any recalls. They had plenty of time to order the part, they said Well I called ahead to schedule appointment to fix drivers side window button and do any recalls. They had plenty of time to order the part, they said this was not under our bumper to bumper warranty and they also did not have the part. Now I have to wait, bring the car back and it’s a huge inconvenience. I would have wait d until they got the parts and done it all at one time. Poor communication More

Good visit to the Service Team The appointment setting online was nice. The awareness email we got about the recall and the checkup, were good reminders.
