Had a major issue with F-150, out of warranty. It took Ford Corporate quite a while to respond and confirm the contribution. But Ed did a job of following up with Ford Corporate and keeping me updated on the situation. Once Ford Corporate confirmed their contribution, Wade Ford completed the repairs quickly and for even less cost to me than their final estimate. More

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car. The truck I purchased did not come with the tires/wheels as advertised. They clearly do not put their customer's needs first and will never get another dollar out of me or anyone I know looking for recommendations where to buy their next vehicle. Returned business is not something they value. Management had an opportunity to remedy the situation after admitting they “fell short” and still decided to ignore any request. Do not trust these people for your next vehicle. More
Wade Ford's "No Service" department is the worst I have ever encountered. They have been such a waste of my time, money and energy. It would take me so long to describe all the offenses, so I will highligh ever encountered. They have been such a waste of my time, money and energy. It would take me so long to describe all the offenses, so I will highlight the best of the worst. 1) You can't get anyone on the phone. EVER. Online chat was no better. 2) They don't offer service. EVER. One time they had my car for 4 days and never touched it or bothered to call me. I had to walk there to find out because (see #1). 3) They sold me a lifetime oil change package when I bought my car that I can't use because (see #1 and #2). 4) The service department closed early one day, they never called me, and then the people in the sales dept. told me I could not get my car. The GM was nice enough to find my key and — SURPRISE! — no work had been done on my car all day. More
