They need to have more communication related to the vehicle between the customer and service. first experience with this dealership . ... was a previous customer of ALM and had a VERY poor experience there recently ..... this visit was for a recall issue for my Explorer .... initiall ... was a previous customer of ALM and had a VERY poor experience there recently ..... this visit was for a recall issue for my Explorer .... initially the service person I met with indicated that there would be a problem doing this service in one day after an appointment had been made .... I expressed concern about have to leave the vehicle for several days ..... he immediately went to the technician and came back to tell me that the job could be completed that day .... even after there was a 'we don't have the parts" was discovered the gentleman at the service desk made arrangements to secure the parts and complete the work on time I own a 2003 Expedition and a 2019 Explorer and intend to switch to Wade for routine services based on the manner they handled this visit (and in conjunction with the disappointment with ALM) .... hopefully, this will be a beneficial relationship for all involved More
