Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. The vehicle your son was interested in had no active Ford incentives or military rebates, and the pricing provided reflected all available discounts. We understand this was miscommunicated initially and regret the frustration it caused. Additionally, on the day of your visit, a recall notice was issued on the vehicle, and it was placed in the shop to ensure it was promptly addressed. Per Ford standards, we are unable to finalize a sale on a new vehicle with a known active recall. While we welcome constructive feedback that helps the public make informed decisions, it is important to clarify that our team, including the employee you have repeatedly referenced, made every effort to resolve your concerns during your visit. Those efforts were declined, and unfortunately, since that time, you have posted multiple reviews targeting the same individual. This pattern of repeated personal attacks does not provide meaningful information to future guests and constitutes harassment of an employee who acted professionally and in good faith. Our team has a long history of serving active duty and retired military families, and we remain committed to transparent, fair pricing and respectful service for all customers.
