Most Deceptive Dealership I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The dealership Rance made an agreement to have everything ready for a service member to purchase a vehicle with limited time. Was told dealing with. The dealership Rance made an agreement to have everything ready for a service member to purchase a vehicle with limited time. Was told everything is ready just come in and sign. Active Duty serviceman shows up, they would not give the serviceman an additional $500 as promised, the car was not ready, and the deal had the wrong vehicle identified. Totally irresponsible, misrepresentation, deceptive practices. I recommend all Active Duty and Veterans buy elsewhere. Avoid these deceptive tactics. William’s responses are a joke to one’s intelligence. Would not be honest or resolve a customer’s issue if his life depended on it. Then, they lied again, saying they would now add the $500 in and deliver the vehicle if the negative post was deleted (coerce) a no, no. So, original was deleted and still would not complete the deal. So, post is back with the additional misrepresentation, deception plus the final acts of deceit. Obtw, I will also now be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. Once again, buy anywhere else unless you like being taken advantage of and lied to. Good information in pictures attached that may help folks. If you need to file against this dealership, you have to have Registered Agent served. Recommend you use a lawyer. One final note for you Rance, your abuse of your position and arrogance caused you to make a very poor decision. You should have listened to Thaddious well he is not as good as others say. You had a chance to resolve and your arrogance clouded your judgement. The results of your actions will cost the dealership more than $500. When the dealership cans you, hopefully you will have learned a lesson for you next position. Best wishes. More

Had a major issue with F-150, out of warranty. Ed and the rest of the team at Wade Ford did a good job of communicating with Ford Corporate and convincing them to cover higher portion of the cost Ed and the rest of the team at Wade Ford did a good job of communicating with Ford Corporate and convincing them to cover higher portion of the cost of the repairs than what Ed originally believed was possible. It took Ford Corporate quite a while to respond and confirm the contribution. But Ed did a job of following up with Ford Corporate and keeping me updated on the situation. Once Ford Corporate confirmed their contribution, Wade Ford completed the repairs quickly and for even less cost to me than their final estimate. More
