Desmond Robaine in the Sales department was super unprofessional in the way he handled our initial sales call, which ended with him hanging up on me after a general question. Which was rather shockin unprofessional in the way he handled our initial sales call, which ended with him hanging up on me after a general question. Which was rather shocking as he is a "car salesman" and generally probably works off reputation and referrals, neither of which I would commend him for. Moreover treating a potential sale regardless of a preconceived notion is egregious. I contacted the manager to speak about this situation. But have yet to hear back from him/her. I do hope they respond with some sort of explanation for this gentleman's behavior. I will not be doing any business there going forward! More

I took my car to wade ford collision center. I been waiting on my car to be repaired for two months. I spent the first month just trying to get an update. After a month they told me they were wa I been waiting on my car to be repaired for two months. I spent the first month just trying to get an update. After a month they told me they were waiting on parts. I called every day for three days and magically the parts appeared. Than they said ten days at max for my car to be done. 3 weeks later no car. I tried to write a Google review and they deleted that review. Please do not buy a car or bring your car to be serviced here. More
