Absolutely horrible experience. Took my daughters’s car to have recall items repaired. Also had a problem with the TCM that was under and extended warranty. For Four days this dealership did nothing. They to have recall items repaired. Also had a problem with the TCM that was under and extended warranty. For Four days this dealership did nothing. They tried to keep making up incorrect diagnosis and I had to have the car towed to another mechanic that confirmed that the TCM needed replacement and that I was lied to by this Ford dealership. Correspondence was also horrible and I will never use this dealership again. I will also report this ineptness to upper management at Ford and the BBB. More
