Careless I use Wades service department for all my Ford's service. Jason is always a pleasure to work with. The past couple of oil changes, there is oil lace I use Wades service department for all my Ford's service. Jason is always a pleasure to work with. The past couple of oil changes, there is oil laced fingerprints on the exterior by the door and on the drivers side arm rest and panel. I also have an Infiniti and their service department would never be guilty of this. It's careless on the techs part both opening the van with dirty hands and not bothering to wipe it off.
