We pre-ordered a 2011 Ford Explorer XLT through Randy. We told him exactly what we wanted and that is what we got! He returned emails quickly and answered all of our questions along the way. Everyone else in the showroom and office were extremely accomodating and I was so embarassed that I did not stop to address the situation with the GM. I simply wanted out of the situation and quickly. I will NOT consider purchasing a car from this dealership as long as I have to deal with this salesman! More

I had warped rear brake rotors replaced at a discount shop. After a couple of weeks I began to hear a grinding noise in the rear end. I took the car to Wade and they diagnosed the problem immediately. shop. After a couple of weeks I began to hear a grinding noise in the rear end. I took the car to Wade and they diagnosed the problem immediately. Rotors were not the correct size for my car. Wade replaced the rotors with the correct size and I have not had a problem since. They also saved the wrong size rotors for me to the take back to the discount shop for a refund. From now on, I take my car to Wade Ford. More
