We pre-ordered a 2011 Ford Explorer XLT through Randy. We told him exactly what we wanted and that is what we got! He returned emails quickly and answered all of our questions along the way. I would only recommend this dealership if and only if I did not have to deal with the salesmen whose name was Joseph. At first he was friendly and I was set on a new Ford Edge when his demeanor turned aggr did not have to deal with the salesmen whose name was Joseph. I left the dealership without a deal and made a purchase at another dealer the following week. Everyone else in the showroom and office were extremely accomodating and I was so embarassed that I did not stop to address the situation with the GM. I simply wanted out of the situation and quickly. I will NOT consider purchasing a car from this dealership as long as I have to deal with this salesman! More
