Absolutely Horrible Service Department! Totally Irresponsible and never on time!!! Had issue with my service left many voicemails with the service consultant and the service manager but never go a Irresponsible and never on time!!! Had issue with my service left many voicemails with the service consultant and the service manager but never go a call back!!! They said my issue was fixed kept my truck many days extra with out any reason then the issue was back very next day called and left messages since then today is over two weeks and no ever contacted me back! Don't take your car or Truck over there for any servicing EVER!! they will NOT fix the main issue but will do other no urgent so call fixing to charge you money!!! More

I have the extended service warranty. I made an appointment for 1st thing Monday morning. Oil change and air filter change takes other places 15 minutes. No one came to get me when the car was finished. I waited two hours before having to walk out into the service area among all the cars to find out when my truck would be done only to find out it was finished and no one had gotten me. I truly regret buying the service warranty from this dealership. I always make an appointment and they always take 2 hours or more to do an oil change. This dealership will waste your time as part of their normal operations. An appropriate description of this dealership is “unimpressive at best”. More
